Raft River Arch
NABSQNO 10T 398766 – 525288
This arch along with the large double arch (The Elephant) alongside it are probably the most spectacular arches in the state. They are part of the Tunnel Island area of the Quinault Indian Reservation. Unfortunately access to the area is restricted by the tribe and a tribal member is required to accompany visitors. Although the arch doesn’t have an official name it has been named after the river that has to be forded to reach the area.
The arch has a span of about 14 ft and a height of 22 ft.
