This is one of a number of arches located close to each other on the north coast of the island in Arecibo Municipality. In fact there are two other arches very close by. Although they are not difficult to get to, apparently it is possible to get a guided tour of all three. This arch is just past Cueva Del Indio Arch 1 and has a span of 10ft.
