Gory Stolowe National Park is located in the Stolowe (Tabletop) mountains in the Middle Sudeten range by the border with the Czech Republic. Bledne Skaly, which is in the western part of the park, is a small area consisting of a boarded walkway that winds through narrow passages and squeezes between a labyrinth of rocks. Although some seem at first sight to be arches there appears to be only one. Number 8 is Kurza Stopka or The Hen's Leg. This consists of a pillar with an arch to the right side, when viewed from the front, with a span of 4 ft and a height of 14 ft.

Motor access to the area is strictly controlled with cars only allowed to enter on the hour and for 15 minutes afterwards. Also cars may not leave the area until half past the hour and for 15 minutes afterwards.
