This is one of the most northerly of Oregon’s natural arches. It is off Ecola Point to the north of Cannon Beach. It is best viewed from the Indian Beach part of Ecola State Park. It is named for the many seals and sea lions that sun themselves on the rock.

It has a span of 20 ft and a height of 20 ft.
