Tianxing Qiao

Tianxing Qiao

NABSQNO 48R 588572 – 2891799

Guizhou Province. The bridge can be seen from the road from the city of Anshun, about 60 miles south east of Guiyang, to the well known Longgong Cave. There is a small pagoda by the side of the road that gives a view of the bridge and a small side road goes past it. It is possible to get a closer view of the bridge but it is a tough bushwhack and it is debateable whether it is possible to access the bridge safely from there.

Tianxing Qiao translates to something like Lateral Bridge which is a generic name for many other bridges. The bridge has a span of about 50 ft and a height of about 150 ft.
