Ennedi Region. The Ennedi is a large remote area in the north east of the country and is part of the Sahara desert. Here there are many spectacular rock formations as well as a great many natural arches. This arch is on the opposite side of the valley to arch number 37 in the Dartekele area and is about 20 miles south of Fada.

It has a span of 15 ft and a height of 9 ft.
