Ennedi Region. The Ennedi is a large remote area in the north east of the country and is part of the Sahara desert. Here there are many spectacular rock formations as well as a great many natural arches. This very spectacular arch is located in the Gala Gallagana area which is about 19 miles west of Fada.

The bottom left opening has a span of 43 ft and a height of 24 ft whilst the bottom right opening has a span of 25 ft and a height of 23 ft.
