Ennedi Region. The Ennedi is a large remote area in the north east of the country and is part of the Sahara desert. Here there are many spectacular rock formations as well as a great many natural arches. The arch overlooks the small settlement of Chebe and is named after it. It is about 59 miles south east of Fada.

It has a span of about 10 ft and a height of about 23 ft. There are three small openings in the span.
