Ennedi Region. The Ennedi is a large remote area in the north east of the country and is part of the Sahara desert. This is a cave with five openings and is in the Gaora Hallagana area about 20 miles south west of Fada. The photograph shows two of the openings.

The right opening has a span of 16 ft and a height of 23 ft. The left opening has a span of 20 ft and a height of 26 ft.
