Ennedi Region. The Ennedi is a large remote area in the north east of the country and is part of the Sahara desert. Here there are many spectacular rock formations as well as a great many natural arches. The arch is about 4 ½ miles north east of Five Arch Rock and about 8 miles west southwest of Aloba Arch.

It has a span of 58 ft and a height of 66 ft.
